380 Sports is a recreational developmental non profit run by volunteers for the benefit of all kids living along the 380 corridor.
The #3 on all the helmets, banners, uniforms and signs stand for three character traits of a leader. These traits will be taught to all the athletes of 380 Youth Sports throughout the season.

All 380 Sports Coaches, 380 Sports Volunteers, 380 Crew members, and anyone that will be on the 380 Sports sidelines for games or practices will have to be cleared and receive a 380 badge prior to interacting with the athletes. Once your background check is clear you will receive an email and the Commissioner for that sports will contact you.
